I spend 8+ hours a day on the internet, sometimes it can be hard to find the right tool for the project I’m working on that isn’t hundreds of dollars a month to use.
This list contains some amazing tools I have come across that are completely free to use with the options to upgrade for more functionality. If your business isnt utilizing free online tools and burning money on expensive monthly subscriptions then this list is for you.

Dropbox is a home for all your photos, docs, videos, and files. Anything you add to Dropbox will automatically show up on all your computers, phones and even the Dropbox website — so you can access your stuff from anywhere. Dropbox also makes it super easy to share with others and you get the first 2GB for FREE, 1TB of storage starts at $12 per month.
Are you drowning in unwanted email subscriptions and dread the thought of unsubscribing from them all? Unroll.me identifies your subscription emails and neatly list them for you. They even give you the option to unsubscribe from junk emails right off the bat. One click and they’re gone. Done. Did I mention it’s FREE!
3. Wave Accounting
Wave is a web-based integrated accounting solution exclusively designed for small organizations. Collectively, the solution features accounting, invoicing, billing, payment tracking, payroll management, finance management and receipts.
With the bank reconciliation feature, businesses can link their bank accounts, PayPal accounts and other sources of data for real-time transaction records. Businesses can also generate reports such as balance sheets, sales tax reports and account receivable and payable reports with Wave accounting.
Wave accounting system also provides an invoicing tool to collect money, and users can choose the template of their choice as per the organization’s needs. Invoices can be sent via email, and the system’s payment processing allows users to collect credit card payments.
4. Google Drive
Google Drive gives you 15GB of FREE Google online storage, so you can keep photos, stories, designs, drawings, recordings, videos – anything. Your files in Drive can be reached from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. So wherever you go, your files follow. You can quickly invite others to view, download, and collaborate on all the files you want–no email attachment needed.
Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, see what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. A Trello board is a list of lists, filled with cards, used by you and your team. It’s a lot more than that, though. Trello has everything you need to organize projects of any size. This one is FREE to use, with some premium ‘Power Ups’.
Toggl is a cool time tracking application that is super simple to use. It allows you track time right from a browser, computer or a smartphone. The idea is that you just type what you are working on, hit button Start and a timer starts ticking. For up to 5 users you can use Toggl for FREE. If you have more than 5 users, you have to use the Pro plan that is $10/user/month.
